2. How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

3. Required Information for a DMCA Notice

4. Good-Faith Statement
Your DMCA notice must include the following statement: "I have a good-faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. Accuracy and Authority Statement
Your DMCA notice must also include the following statement made under penalty of perjury: "The information in this notification is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
6. Electronic Signature
Your notice must include a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf. An electronic signature may consist of typing your full legal name at the end of your notice with the acknowledgment that it constitutes your signature.
7. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that content was removed from this Website in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content and notify the original complainant in accordance with the DMCA, unless the complainant seeks a court order.
